Welcome To Raywood Manor– A Place Unlike Any Other

Located in Yukon, Oklahoma, Raywood Manor is different than any community you have ever experienced... the first of its kind in the area. It is a place to live and a place to gather. A place where the streets are lined with trees, the porches and patios are made for interaction, and where the neighborhood is unique and has a rhythm all it’s own. This is a community with something for everyone - Lake Overholser, parks, trails, open spaces, premier schools, shopping centers with major markets and retailers, hospitals and medical facilities, restaurants, gyms, library and senior center - all set along the commuter corridors.

All homes in Raywood Manor have been crafted with style and comfort to capture the true ambience of sophisticated living. There is a separate gated area (The Courts) for those desiring the extra security of a locked gate entrance. Raywood Manor Community Association represents its neighbors well, and has an active, exciting and integral Board of appointed Directors who are homeowners themselves. They are dedicated to “Building Our Community/Serving Our Neighbors” by advocating for all homeowners and residents, protecting the image and investment of the community and organizing events to bring neighbors together for fun activities, charitable projects and educational forums.

Developers Carl and Carolyn Schluter began the journey of Raywood Manor in 2006. They built a beautiful home for Central Oklahoma Home Builders Feature Home which set the standard for executive, custom homes. All profits were donated to the Home Builder's Association to be used for the non-profit foundation. Carl and Carolyn also built the "House of Hope" in 2013 which provided a magical Christmas for very sick children and their families.

The Schluter's continued to invest in Raywood Manor by adding landscaping throughout the common areas, a flowing waterfall and a beautiful park with playground equipment. The Pool and Clubhouse were completed in 2016. A state-of-the-art Basketball/Pickleball Court and Soccer Field were completed in 2020. Walking trails, a large greenbelt and open common areas are in place with additional common areas for picnics, lawn games, football, etc. to be ready as new phases are completed.

Raywood Manor Phase I, Phase II, the Orchard at Raywood (Phase II) and Phase III are completed, with active building continuing. The final Phase IV will be added in the future. Once fully developed, the community will have approximately 380 homes.
